Western blot analysis was performed on tissue extracts (30 µg lysate) of Mouse Liver (Lane 1), Rat Liver (Lane 2), Mouse Stomach (Lane 3), Mouse Pancreas (Lane 4), Mouse Kidney (Lane 5) and Mouse Spleen (Lane 6). The blot was probed with Anti-Arginase 1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-18392, 0.05 µg/mL) and detected by chemiluminescence using Rabbit anti-Goat IgG Heavy Chain Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27014, 0.25 µg/mL, 1:4,000 dilution). A 35 kDa band corresponding to Arginase 1 was detected in Mouse and Rat Liver and not in Mouse Stomach, Pancreas, Kidney and Spleen which are reported negative for Arginase 1 expression.
